Privacy Policy

    This privacy policy applies to TripplTweak, a service operated by TripplTech, based in the Netherlands. We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / AVG).
  

1. Who we are

TripplTweak is a CAD file conversion service operated by TripplTech, registered in the Netherlands. If you have questions about this policy, you can contact us at arie@drukkerijvanesch.nl.

2. What data we collect

When you submit a quote request through our website, we collect the following data:

Your name and email address
Company name and VAT number (optional, required for business invoices)
Phone number (optional)
A description of your project
Files you upload (photos, sketches, technical drawings)
Your preferred output format and delivery preference

When you make a payment through MultiSafePay, payment processing is handled directly by MultiSafePay. We do not store your payment card details.

3. Why we collect this data

We use your data exclusively to:

Process your quote request and send you a proposal
Handle your order and deliver the requested CAD file
Generate and send an invoice for completed orders
Communicate with you about your project

The legal basis for processing is the execution of an agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or your consent when you voluntarily submit the form.

4. How long we keep your data

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. Invoice and order data is retained for 7 years in accordance with Dutch tax law (Belastingdienst). Uploaded project files are kept for the duration of the project and deleted within 12 months of project completion.

5. Who we share your data with

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with:

MultiSafePay — for payment processing. Their privacy policy applies to payment data.
Our email provider (SMTP) — for sending order confirmations and invoices.
Our hosting provider — your data is stored on a server within the EU.

6. Cookies

Our website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. We use a session cookie solely to keep you logged in during an admin session. This cookie is deleted when you close your browser or log out.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Right of access — you may request a copy of the data we hold about you.
Right to rectification — you may request correction of inaccurate data.
Right to erasure — you may request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements.
Right to data portability — you may request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
Right to object — you may object to processing in certain circumstances.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens): autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Access to customer data is restricted to authorised personnel only.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last updated.
